Magis Award – Inspired by a group of Rockhurst alumni from the St. Louis area, the Magis Award is given to a member of the Rockhurst community who lives in or is from the St. Louis area and epitomizes the Jesuit value of magis.
Rockhurst University presented the 2018 Magis award to Our Little Haven founders Scott and Kathleen Hummel. The award was presented on Thursday, November 8th at Old Warson Country Club. The event was attended by numerous Rockhurst and Our Little Haven supporters. The lunch included special remarks by Frank Cusumano and Jackie Joyner-Kersee. Congratulations to 2018 Magis Award recipients Scott and Kathleen Hummel.
