Taylor Family Foster Care Case Management

Our Little Haven’s focus will always be to care for children and families: mind, body, & soul. With that said, because of the accelerating impact of the Coronavirus and health agency recommendations for community events, Taylor Family Care Center will be closed to unauthorized visitors until Wednesday, April 22nd, 2020.

As we work with local health officials, our team will continue to work out details for this unique situation. If circumstances change, we will notify families as soon as possible.

Case Managers can be reached by email or their office number and are available on a regular basis.

Taylor Family Foster Care Case Management

Our Little Haven’s Taylor Family Care Center provides services for children and families involved in the foster care system due to abuse and/or neglect. The children we serve range in age from newborn to 21 years of age. Case managers assist families in the goal of reunification, but if that is not possible, they work to secure a safe, loving, and permanent home for foster children.  This Foster Care Case Management team serving St. Louis City and County is located in Our Little Haven's Taylor Family Care Center at 4435 W. Pine Boulevard in St. Louis's Central West End. The Jefferson County office is located at 10734 Highway 21 in Hillsboro, MO.

Moving children to permanency means that we want to place children in a permanent home/family situation as soon as possible. This could involve a return to the biological family, a relative placement or an adoptive home. Staff work directly with the children and families in the community, with our network of referral/support agencies and the courts to coordinate plans of care that meet the outcome criteria of this contract. Staff is on call 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year to serve families and take new emergency referrals.
